A competition among university students in various colleges to create personal sites for them or for their faculties outside the scope of the university free hosting sites , indicates that each site to the scope of the college more than once ( put link in the footer or the Header achieve this ) . Announcements are made seminars to explain and educate students in various colleges ( the process in particular) to participate in the contest, and evaluate the sites and provide moral awards ( certificates ) and the escalation of the level of the Republic ( all universities) in the next quarter , God willing.
