In accordance with the directives of the Supreme Council of Universities, and in order to fulfill the graduation requirements for fourth-year students, and under the auspices of Professor Dr. Khaled El-Darandaly, President of Zagazig University, and Professor Dr. Helal Afifi, Vice President for Education and Student Affairs, the Faculty of Specific Education at Zagazig University urges all final-year students to promptly complete the Egyptian Student Participation Survey (Third Edition 2025/2026). This survey, launched by the Supreme Council of Universities, aims to measure student participation in university activities and events, and to utilize the survey results to enhance the educational environment and student activities within Egyptian universities.

The Faculty clarified that completing the survey is a fundamental requirement for graduation. Students will not be permitted to receive their graduation certificate or clearance certificate until the survey is completed. A screenshot of the completed survey must be printed and submitted to the Faculty's Graduates Department along with the required documents. Professor Dr. Akmal Shawky, Dean of the Faculty of Specific Education, pointed out that student participation in this survey represents a significant contribution to supporting efforts to develop the university education system. He emphasized that student opinions are a key element in evaluating the university experience and enhancing the quality of educational and student services. He also urged fourth-year students to promptly complete the survey and adhere to the announced procedures to ensure the timely completion of all graduation requirements.
For his part, Professor Dr. Ehab Atef, Vice Dean for Education and Student Affairs, explained that the Education and Student Affairs sector is committed to informing students about all academic procedures and requirements related to graduation. He noted that completing the survey and submitting proof of completion is mandatory before receiving the graduation certificate or clearance letter. He also urged students not to postpone completing the survey and to ensure they submit proof of completion to the Graduates Department to guarantee the swift completion of all procedures without obstacles.
⭕The Faculty of Specific Education urges all fourth-level students to respond quickly to this announcement and adhere to what is stated therein, in confirmation of its keenness to facilitate graduation procedures and enhance the partnership between students and educational institutions in developing the university education system, which contributes to raising the quality of academic and student performance, and keeps pace with the directions of the Egyptian state towards more efficient and distinguished university education.
