In its commitment to facilitating academic procedures for students and avoiding any obstacles they may encounter during registration or the submission of appeals and grievances, and under the auspices of Professor Dr. Khaled El-Darandaly, President of the University, and Professor Dr. Helal Afifi, Vice President for Education and Student Affairs, the Faculty of Specific Education at Zagazig University urges all students to print a hard copy or save an electronic screenshot of their second semester (spring session) results for the 2025/2026 academic year, as well as results from previous academic years, and to retain these copies for future use.

The Faculty clarified that keeping a copy of the results is essential, as it will be used when consulting with academic advisors for course registration in subsequent levels. It is also a required document for submitting an appeal or grievance regarding the results, or in any other academic procedures that may necessitate access to previous results.

The college also emphasizes that the electronic results system will remain available for a limited period not exceeding one week from the date of the results announcement. After this period, the system will be closed, and students will not be able to access it again to view or retrieve their results electronically. Therefore, it is essential to promptly save a copy of the results as soon as they are announced.

Professor Dr. Akmal Shawky, Dean of the Faculty of Specific Education, affirmed that the college is committed to providing all means of support to its students by guiding them through the procedures that ensure the smooth completion of their academic transactions. He urged students to adhere to the announced instructions and take the necessary proactive steps to protect their rights and facilitate the completion of their future procedures without obstacles.

For his part, Professor Dr. Ehab Atef, Vice Dean for Education and Student Affairs, explained that keeping a copy of the results is an important organizational procedure that assists students during the academic advising process, course registration, and submitting appeals or grievances. He stressed the importance of not waiting until the electronic system closes and taking the initiative to print or save the results electronically as soon as they are announced.
