Under the patronage of Professor Dr. Khaled El-Darandaly, President of Zagazig University, Professor Dr. Helal Afifi, Vice President for Education and Student Affairs, and Professor Dr. Akmal Shawky, Dean of the Faculty of Specific Education, and within the framework of the university's support for student talent and the promotion of the role of arts in building awareness and appreciation of beauty, the Department of Art Education at the Faculty organized the annual graduation project for the 2025/2026 graduating class, entitled "Artists of the Future." This year's project, themed "A Journey Through Memory," embodied an artistic and human experience reflecting the culmination of years of study, training, and creativity.
The project's activities were held under the supervision of Professor Dr. Younis Mustafa, Head of the Department of Art Education. It included a distinguished collection of artworks and murals that expressed the students' artistic vision and their ability to utilize the knowledge and skills they acquired during their years of study to produce works with aesthetic, cultural, and educational dimensions, confirming their readiness to embark on broader horizons of professional and creative excellence.
This year's graduation project marked a significant milestone in the lives of the graduating students, representing the culmination of years of academic and artistic journey. Professor Dr. Akmal Shawky, Dean of the Faculty of Specific Education, emphasized that graduation projects are among the most important indicators of the quality of education within the faculty, reflecting the students' distinguished academic and artistic level. He noted that the faculty is committed to providing a supportive environment for creativity and innovation, and to offering students opportunities to express their abilities and showcase their talents, thus preparing them to compete and succeed in the job market and various artistic fields.
⭕For his part, Professor Dr. Ehab Atef, Vice Dean of the College for Education and Student Affairs, explained that graduation projects are a true reflection of the knowledge and experience students acquire throughout their years of study. He emphasized that the college places great importance on artistic and creative activities that contribute to building students' character and developing their practical and innovative skills, in line with the requirements of comprehensive development and the state's vision for investing in young talent.
