On this auspicious occasion, embodying the profound meanings of the Prophet's migration (Hijra) and its timeless lessons in patience, determination, faith, and working towards building and development, Professor Dr. Akmal Shawky, Dean of the Faculty of Specific Education at Zagazig University, extends, on his own behalf and on behalf of the Vice Deans, Heads of Academic Departments, faculty members, teaching assistants, staff, and students, his sincerest congratulations and best wishes to the great Egyptian people and the Arab and Islamic nations on the occasion of the new Hijri year 1448 AH. He prays to Almighty God that it will be a year filled with goodness, blessings, security, stability, and progress for our beloved Egypt and all Muslim countries.

Professor Dr. Akmal Shawky emphasized that the anniversary of the Prophet's migration (Hijra) represents an inspiring historical milestone that reinforces the values of planning, determination, patience, sacrifice, and hard work in pursuit of noble goals. He noted that this blessed occasion calls for drawing lessons and inspiration that strengthen national belonging and social responsibility, and motivate further work and dedication for the advancement and progress of the nation.
His Excellency added that the Faculty of Specific Education is committed to instilling these noble values in its students through its educational and pedagogical mission and its community role, contributing to the development of conscious generations capable of actively participating in achieving the Sustainable Development Goals and building a brighter future for Egypt.
The Dean of the Faculty also affirmed the continued alignment of the faculty's members with the political leadership and their full support for the Egyptian state's efforts in confronting challenges and achieving comprehensive development. He emphasized the importance of the role of educational institutions in spreading awareness and consolidating the values of work, production, and innovation, thus strengthening the path of construction and development and serving the goals of the new republic.
Professor Dr. Akmal Shawky concluded his statement by praying to God Almighty to protect Egypt, its leadership, people, and army, to perpetuate the blessings of security and stability upon it, and to make the new Hijri year a year of goodness, prosperity, and progress.
