Under the patronage of Professor Dr. Khaled El-Darandaly, President of Zagazig University, the Faculty of Specific Education welcomed Professor Dr. Helal Afifi, Vice President for Education and Student Affairs, on Saturday, June 13, 2026. This visit was part of his field monitoring of the second semester examinations for the 2025/2026 academic year. His Excellency inspected the examination committees for the second and third levels at the Faculty to ensure the smooth running of the examination process and the provision of a suitable environment for students.

This took place in the presence of Professor Dr. Akmal Shawky, Dean of the Faculty; Professor Dr. Ehab Atef, Vice Dean for Education and Student Affairs; Professor Dr. Safinaz Samir, Acting Vice Dean for Graduate Studies and Research; Professor Dr. Reham Ehab, Head of the Department of Music Education; Professor Dr. Hany Hassan, Head of the Second Level Examination Control; and Dr. Mohamed Ibrahim, Head of the Third Level Examination Control. The examination committees were monitored, and the availability of all necessary organizational and logistical facilities for the smooth and orderly conduct of the examinations was confirmed.

During his tour, Professor Dr. Helal Afifi, Vice President of the University for Education and Student Affairs, praised the excellent organization and discipline within the examination committees at the Faculty of Specific Education. He emphasized that this level of organization reflects the efforts of the faculty administration, faculty members, and staff, and contributes to providing a suitable examination environment that helps students take their exams calmly and confidently.

For his part, Professor Dr. Akmal Shawky, Dean of the Faculty of Specific Education, affirmed that the faculty operates according to a precise organizational plan to monitor the progress of the exams. He pointed out that the smooth running of the committees reflects the efforts of all sectors within the faculty and their commitment to providing a suitable environment that helps students take their exams under the best possible conditions.

Professor Dr. Ehab Atef, Vice Dean of the Faculty for Education and Student Affairs, explained that the faculty monitors the progress of the exams in real time through the operations room, while fully adhering to the regulations governing the examination process and addressing any obstacles that students may face within the committees, thus ensuring discipline and equal opportunities for all. ⭕The tour concluded with an emphasis on the continuation of daily monitoring of the progress of the exams within the college until their end, while praising the good organization and discipline within the committees, which reflects the honorable image of the Faculty of Specific Education and its distinguished academic role within Zagazig University.
