Intensive field visits to monitor the applied examination and practical training committees at the Faculty of Specific Education, Zagazig University.


In order to ensure the smooth running of examinations and guarantee the quality of academic performance, and under the auspices of Professor Dr. Khaled El-Darandaly, President of Zagazig University, and Professor Dr. Helal Afifi, Vice President for Education and Student Affairs, the administration of the Faculty of Specific Education at Zagazig University conducted a field visit to monitor the progress of practical examinations and practical training in several departments, including the Department of Art Education, the Department of Educational Technology, and the Department of Music Education, on Saturday, May 9, 2026.

The visit was led by Professor Dr. Akmal Shawky, Dean of the Faculty, and Professor Dr. Ehab Atef, Vice Dean for Education and Student Affairs. They inspected the examination committees, reviewed the smooth conduct of the exams, and assessed adherence to regulations. They also monitored student performance and the availability of necessary resources to ensure a suitable examination environment.

During the visit, emphasis was placed on the importance of providing a disciplined and secure examination environment that takes into account the nature of practical examinations and practical training, allowing students to showcase their artistic and technical skills and abilities within a framework of fairness and equal opportunity. Professor Dr. Akmal Shawky, Dean of the College, affirmed that these tours are part of the ongoing monitoring of all examination procedures to ensure the highest levels of discipline and quality. He noted that the College places particular emphasis on practical examinations due to their pivotal role in assessing students' practical skills.

For his part, Professor Dr. Ehab Atef, Vice Dean for Education and Student Affairs, explained that the College administration is committed to addressing any obstacles that students or examination committee members may encounter. He stressed the importance of full adherence to the regulations to guarantee the smooth and orderly conduct of the examinations.

The tour concluded with an affirmation of the continued daily monitoring of examination procedures, which contributes to achieving a comprehensive evaluation system that accurately reflects students' true abilities and supports the College's pursuit of academic excellence and enhanced educational outcomes.
