⭕As part of the final preparations for the start of the second semester (spring session) exams for the 2025/2026 academic year, and under the auspices of Professor Dr. Khaled El-Darandaly, President of Zagazig University, and Professor Dr. Helal Afifi, Vice President for Education and Student Affairs, the Faculty of Specific Education at Zagazig University, represented by the Education and Student Affairs sector, announced a set of regulations and instructions governing practical and theoretical exams. This is to ensure the smooth running of the exams and to provide a controlled and secure examination environment for all students.
⭕The Faculty emphasized the necessity of carefully reviewing the published exam schedules and arriving at least half an hour before the exam. It is also crucial to ensure that the answer sheet number matches the question sheet number, as this is the student's personal responsibility. No requests will be accepted after the exam has concluded.
⭕The Faculty also stressed the prohibition of mobile phones inside the exam halls. Students will bear full responsibility for any violations. Furthermore, students must adhere to the regulations, refrain from sharing materials, and not leave the exam hall before half the allotted time has elapsed. The college emphasized the importance of verifying identity within the examination hall using either a university ID card or national ID card, adhering to the designated seating area, and maintaining cleanliness and order within the halls. The college also stressed the necessity of wearing masks, especially in enclosed spaces, to ensure everyone's safety.
Professor Dr. Akmal Shawky, Dean of the College, affirmed that the college has taken all necessary measures to guarantee the smooth and organized conduct of examinations. He noted that discipline and adherence to instructions are fundamental to the success of the examination system and to achieving fairness and equal opportunities for all students.
For his part, Professor Dr. Ehab Atef, Vice Dean for Education and Student Affairs, explained that the college administration is committed to creating a suitable environment for students during the examination period.
