⭕In line with Zagazig University's commitment to enhancing digital transformation and improving student services, and under the auspices of Professor Dr. Khaled El-Darandaly, University President, Professor Dr. Helal Afifi, Vice President for Education and Student Affairs, Professor Dr. Sayed Salem, University Secretary General, and Dr. Mahmoud El-Taher, Director General of the Medical Administration, the Faculty of Specific Education announces the activation of new electronic services launched by the University's General Administration of Medical Affairs. These services allow students to easily access various medical services through the university's website.

⭕The new system includes the ability to apply for medical services electronically by logging in with their national ID number, selecting "Student Services," and then specifying the required service. The necessary documents will then be displayed, followed by electronic payment of fees and printing of the payment receipt. The student then prepares the required paperwork, prints the report, and proceeds to the Medical Administration to finalize the procedures and complete the service.

Professor Akmal Shawky, Dean of the Faculty of Specific Education, affirmed that this step represents a qualitative leap in developing the student services system within the university. He pointed out that digital transformation contributes to streamlining procedures, saving time and effort, and achieving the highest levels of efficiency in service delivery.

For his part, Professor Ehab Atef, Vice Dean for Education and Student Affairs, explained the importance of students benefiting from these electronic services and adhering precisely to the announced steps. He emphasized that the faculty is keen to keep its students informed of all new digital services that support their university journey and facilitate their access to various services.

The faculty concluded its statement by affirming its continued support for the university's efforts in developing the digital infrastructure and raising the efficiency of services provided to students.
