On the occasion of the anniversary of the 10th of Ramadan victory, Professor Dr. Akmal Shawky, Dean of the Faculty of Specific Education at Zagazig University, extends, on his own behalf and on behalf of the Vice Deans, Heads of Academic Departments, faculty members, teaching assistants, staff, and students, his sincerest congratulations and highest expressions of pride and admiration to His Excellency President Abdel Fattah El-Sisi, President of the Republic and Supreme Commander of the Armed Forces, to the heroic men of the Egyptian Armed Forces, and to the great Egyptian people, praying to God Almighty to grant our beloved Egypt continued security, stability, progress, and prosperity.

His Excellency also extends his sincere congratulations to His Excellency Professor Dr. Abdel Aziz Qansouh, Minister of Higher Education and Scientific Research; His Excellency Professor Dr. Khaled El-Darandaly, President of Zagazig University; His Excellency Professor Dr. Ehab El-Biblawy, Vice President of the University for Graduate Studies and Research; His Excellency Professor Dr. Helal Afifi, Vice President of the University for Education and Student Affairs; and Her Excellency Professor Dr. Hanan El-Nahhas, Vice President of the University for Community Service and Environmental Development, in appreciation of their tireless efforts in supporting the development and advancement of the educational and research system.
