The aim is to assess the system's effectiveness and gather feedback and suggestions for its improvement and development.
⭕The survey seeks to understand students' opinions regarding the ease of use of the platform, the efficiency of the registration procedures, and the level of support provided. This will enable the administration to make informed decisions based on realistic data that reflects the needs of users and supports continuous improvement plans. The Faculty administration has emphasized that all data provided by students is strictly confidential and will be used exclusively for development purposes and to ensure service quality.
The survey is being conducted under the supervision of the College's Academic Advising Unit, headed by Professor Dr. Doaa Mustafa, as part of its role in promoting effective communication with students and providing support mechanisms that ensure accurate and organized course registration in accordance with approved regulations.
In this context, Professor Dr. Akmal Shawky, Dean of the College, emphasized that measuring student satisfaction is a fundamental pillar in building a modern educational system. He explained that the College adopts an open-door policy and constantly listens to its students, considering them true partners in the development process. He added that the survey results will be carefully analyzed and translated into executive procedures that contribute to raising the efficiency of electronic services and improving the student's university experience.
For his part, Professor Dr. Ehab Atef, Vice Dean of the College for Education and Student Affairs, explained that digital transformation is no longer an option but a necessity imposed by the current stage. He affirmed that the College is working systematically to update its procedural and technological infrastructure and provide flexible and fair registration systems that enable students to choose their courses easily and transparently, in light of the approved academic advising.
⭕The college concluded its invitation to its students by stressing the importance of positive and objective participation in the survey, believing that their opinions represent the cornerstone of real development, and that the university that listens to its students is best positioned to create a more efficient and distinguished future.
