In its commitment to upholding the principles of academic transparency and ensuring students' rights in accordance with the rules and regulations governing the educational process, and under the auspices of His Excellency Professor Dr. Khaled El-Darandaly, President of Zagazig University, and His Excellency Professor Dr. Helal Afifi, Vice President for Education and Student Affairs, the Faculty of Specific Education at Zagazig University has announced the dates for reviewing appeals regarding the results of the first semester (fall session) of the 2025-2026 academic year for students in the following programs: Music Education, Art Education, Home Economics, Educational Technology, Educational Media, and One-Classroom Teacher.
The Faculty clarified that the appeals review period will begin on Sunday, February 8, 2026, and continue until Thursday, February 12, 2026, daily from 10:00 AM to 2:00 PM, at the designated locations for each academic level in the Administration Building, under the supervision of the relevant examination committees.
⭕Student appeals are reviewed according to the following schedule:
•Level 1: At the office of Professor Dr. Rehab Kamal, Head of the Level 1 Examination Control, on the fourth floor, Department of Art Education, Administration Building, assisted by Professor Dr. Alaa El-Din Mohamed, Deputy Head of the Examination Control.
•Level 2: At the office of Professor Dr. Hani Hassan, Head of the Level 2 Examination Control, on the fifth floor, Department of Music Education, Administration Building, assisted by Professor Dr. Ahmed Abdel-Azim, Deputy Head of the Examination Control.
•Level 3: At the office of Professor Dr. Mohamed Ibrahim, Head of the Level 3 Examination Control, on the second floor, Department of Educational Technology, Administration Building, assisted by Professor Dr. Mohamed Mahmoud Abdel-Rahman, Deputy Head of the Examination Control.
•Level 4: At the office of Professor Dr. Mohani Saleh, Head of the Level 4 Examination Control, on the sixth floor, Administration Building, assisted by Professor Dr. Abdo Ramadan, Deputy Head of the Examination Control. In this context, Professor Dr. Akmal Shawky, Dean of the Faculty of Specific Education, affirmed that the faculty is committed to providing students with ample opportunity to review their results with accuracy and transparency. He noted that the smooth processing of appeals reflects the faculty's commitment to upholding the highest standards of academic integrity and safeguarding the rights of all students without exception.
For his part, Professor Dr. Ehab Atef, Vice Dean for Education and Student Affairs, explained that the appeals process is conducted according to clear regulations and precise procedures that ensure fairness and equality. He urged students to adhere to the announced deadlines and proceed to the designated locations for their respective academic levels, which will contribute to the smooth operation and swift completion of the review process.
