◼️To enhance transparency and the quality of educational services, the Faculty of Specific Education at Zagazig University has activated an integrated electronic communication system with students, graduates, and staff, in addition to the traditional methods (public complaint boxes and direct contact with various departments and student service providers).

⭕As part of the Faculty of Specific Education's commitment to the smooth operation of the college, promoting transparency and rapid response, and providing high-quality educational and administrative services, and under the auspices of His Excellency Prof. Dr. Khaled El-Darandaly, President of Zagazig University, His Excellency Prof. Dr. Ehab El-Biblawy, Vice President for Graduate Studies and Research, His Excellency Prof. Dr. Helal Afifi, Vice President for Education and Student Affairs, and Her Excellency Prof. Dr. Hanan El-Nahhas, Vice President for Community Service and Environmental Development, the college administration announced the activation of an integrated system for direct electronic communication with students, graduates, postgraduate students, and staff. This system supports the college's academic and community outreach and strengthens mutual trust among all parties involved in the educational process.

The system includes an online complaints and suggestions service via the college's official website:

This is under the supervision of Dr. Emad Mohamed Salem, ensuring that suggestions and complaints are received and reviewed in an organized and effective manner.

The procedures also included updating and providing direct communication channels via WhatsApp with the various service departments, as follows:

⭕In this context, Professor Dr. Akmal Shawky, Dean of the Faculty of Specific Education, affirmed that activating these mechanisms stems from the faculty administration's belief that effective communication is a cornerstone of institutional development. He pointed out that the faculty always strives to listen to the opinions and suggestions of its students and to deal transparently and responsibly with various issues, thus achieving a supportive and stimulating learning environment.

⭕He added that opening direct and organized communication channels reflects the faculty's commitment to providing distinguished services, contributes to the swift resolution of problems, and strengthens the sense of institutional belonging among students, graduates, and staff alike.

The college concluded its statement by emphasizing that the door to participation and communication is open to all, believing that the college's strength lies in the unity of its members, and that the success of an educational institution is measured by the effectiveness of its communication with its community and its ability to continuously develop in a manner befitting the stature of Zagazig University and its national role.
