Zagazig University honors student Al-Shaimaa Abdullah for winning the Holy Quran Memorization Competition.


As part of the Faculty of Specific Education at Zagazig University's commitment to supporting student talent and promoting religious activities, and under the patronage of His Excellency Prof. Hani Helmy, Dean of the Faculty, and His Excellency Prof. Ihab Atef, Vice Dean for Education and Student Affairs, the Faculty honored second-year student Al-Shaimaa Abdullah Al-Sayed Suleiman, a student in the Educational Technology Department, for winning first place in the Quran Memorization Competition, organized by the Youth Care Department as part of the Student Family Competitions.
In his speech, Prof. Hani Helmy, Dean of the Faculty, expressed his pride in this distinguished achievement, noting that nurturing student talent in religious, scientific, and cultural fields is an essential part of the Faculty's mission. He emphasized that this honor comes within the framework of encouraging students to combine academic excellence with sublime religious values.
For his part, Prof. Dr. Ihab Atef, Vice Dean for Education and Student Affairs, congratulated the winning student, praising the high level of performance demonstrated by the competition's participants. He emphasized that the college places special emphasis on activities that contribute to building a well-rounded student personality, combining academic and spiritual excellence.
In the same context, Dr. Mahmoud Ramadan, Director of the Youth Care Department at the college, explained that the competition falls within the college's strategy to promote student activities. He noted that the Youth Care Department is committed to discovering and honing students' talents in various fields and providing them with the necessary support to achieve success and excellence.
