Zagazig University announces the opening of petitions for its students’ results.


As part of the keenness of the Faculty of Specific Education at Zagazig University to achieve the principle of transparency and provide students with the opportunity to review their academic results, the faculty announced the opening of the door for petitions on the results for the first semester, Fall/January 2025 session, during the period from Sunday, February 9 to Thursday, February 13, 2025.
The faculty administration explained that the petition requests will be submitted to the office of the secretariat of the college’s vice dean for education and student affairs, where they will be carefully examined to ensure academic justice for students.
In this context, His Excellency Prof. Dr. Hani Helmy, Dean of the Faculty of Specific Education, stressed that the faculty is keen to guarantee students’ rights, explaining that the door for petitions comes within the framework of enhancing students’ confidence in the educational system and ensuring the achievement of the principle of equal opportunities. He added: “We always strive to provide a fair and transparent academic environment that allows students to review their grades and ensure the accuracy of their evaluation according to the highest academic standards.”
For his part, His Excellency Prof. Dr. Ehab Atef, Vice Dean for Education and Student Affairs, stressed the importance of adhering to the specified deadlines for submitting petitions, stressing that all requests will be carefully considered to ensure fairness for students. He said: "We call on all students who have inquiries regarding their results to submit a petition during the announced period, as all requests will be dealt with seriously and in accordance with the established academic procedures." At the end of the announcement, the college administration affirmed its keenness to provide all means that support the educational process and achieve academic justice, wishing all students further success and excellence.
