In the framework of supporting student leadership and enabling youth to participate effectively in decision-making, and under the auspices of His Excellency Prof. Dr. Khaled El-Drandali, President of Zagazig University, His Excellency Prof. Dr. Ehab El-Beblawy, Vice President for Graduate Studies and Research and Acting Vice President for Education and Student Affairs, His Excellency Prof. Dr. Ahmed Anani, Dean of the Faculty of Medicine and Advisor to the President of the University for Student Activities and Advisor to the Minister of Higher Education for Health Policies, and His Excellency Prof. Dr. Hani Helmy, Dean of the Faculty of Specific Education, Zagazig University, the Student Union of the Faculty of Specific Education at Zagazig University announced the formation of its new leadership for the academic year 2024-2025 AD. The election results resulted in student Basant Muhammad assuming the position of Assistant Secretary of the Higher Technical Committee of the University Student Union, while student Maryam Muhammad assumed the position of President of the Faculty Student Union, while student Muhammad Ayman Hamed held the position of Vice President of the Union. In this context, His Excellency Prof. Hani Helmy, Dean of the College, expressed his pride and appreciation for the promising student energies, noting that these positions represent a golden opportunity to hone leadership skills and enhance the spirit of responsibility and teamwork. He added, "We trust in the ability of our new student leadership to be the voice of the students and help them achieve their ambitions, and to contribute effectively to the development of university life and student activities." The Student Union also extended its best congratulations to the new leadership, wishing them continued success and guidance in performing their duties, while emphasizing the need to work in a team spirit to serve all students of the college and achieve a distinguished educational environment that meets their aspirations.
