In the context of supporting the educational process and regular work within the Faculty of Specific Education at Zagazig University, His Excellency Prof. Dr. Hani Helmy El-Sayed, Dean of the Faculty, issued a set of administrative orders dated November 4, 2024 AD, which stipulate assigning a number of faculty members with new administrative tasks. The new appointments included assigning His Excellency Prof. Dr. Samah Abdel Fattah Abdel Gawad, Professor in the Department of Home Economics, with the duties of Director of the Exhibitions and Conferences Organization Unit, for an academic year ending on August 31, 2025 AD, and His Excellency Assistant Professor Ghada Shoaib, Assistant Professor in the Department of Art Education, with the duties of Director of the Talent Discovery and Development Unit, for an academic year ending on August 31, 2025 AD, and His Excellency Prof. Dr. Naglaa Saeed, Assistant Professor in the Department of Educational Technology, with the duties of Director of the Interactive Book Unit, and His Excellency Assistant Professor Amira Abdel Aziz, Assistant Professor in the Department of Musical Sciences, with the duties of Director of the Training Unit, for an academic year ending on August 31, 2025 AD, and Dr. Amira Khairi, a teacher in the Department of Art Education, with the duties of Director of the Volunteer Work Unit, for an academic year ending on August 31, 2025 AD.

These decisions came in the context of the college's keenness to enhance the performance of the various departments, and to create an organized work environment that supports academic excellence and is in line with the vision of Zagazig University in achieving leadership at the level of qualitative education.
