Within the framework of the directives of the Egyptian state, led by His Excellency President Abdel Fattah El-Sisi, President of the Republic, to care for people with disabilities and provide them with full support to empower them in society, and as an extension of the integrated care system adopted by the Armed Forces, the Recruitment and Mobilization Department, in cooperation with Zagazig University and Sharkia Governorate, organized the "A Will that Challenges the Impossible" celebration; In honor of people with disabilities and to confirm the state's commitment to supporting their capabilities and potential. The celebration was held under the patronage of His Excellency Prof. Dr. Khaled El-Darandali, President of Zagazig University, His Excellency Eng. Hazem El-Ashmouni, Governor of Sharkia, and His Excellency Prof. Dr. Ihab El-Beblawy, Vice President of the University for Graduate Studies and Research and Acting Vice President of the University for Education and Students Affairs. The celebration included various artistic segments that highlighted the talents of people with disabilities and their ability to challenge difficulties. The event was attended by a number of dignitaries, including His Excellency Prof. Dr. Khaled El-Darandali, President of the University, and His Excellency Eng. Hazem El-Ashmouni, Governor of Sharkia, Major General Mohamed Sobhi, Director of the Recruitment and Mobilization Department of the Armed Forces, Dr. Ahmed Abdel-Moaty, Eng. Lobna Abdel-Aziz, Deputy Governors, Brigadier General Ahmed Gharib, Director of the Zagazig Recruitment and Mobilization District, along with members of the Media Center of the Military Spokesman of the Armed Forces, Mr. Mohamed Nema, Deputy Secretary-General of the Governorate, and Brigadier General A.H. The ceremony included distinctive musical segments supervised by the Department of Music Education at the Faculty of Specific Education, Zagazig University, headed by His Excellency Prof. Dr. Reham Ehab Zayed, Head of the Department of Musical Sciences, under the patronage of His Excellency Prof. Dr. Hani Helmy, Dean of the Faculty, where Dr. Lobna Matar led the sign language segments, while Dr. Heba Abdel-Karim led the musical segments, with the participation of male and female students of the Department of Music Education. It is worth noting that the ceremony was supervised and presented by Prof. Dr. Reham Ehab Zayed, Professor and Head of the Department of Music Education, who stressed in her speech that this celebration reflects a clear humanitarian and societal message, and that Zagazig University always seeks to support people of determination through programs and initiatives that integrate them into various activities, noting that "A Will That Challenges the Impossible" enhances the values ​​of steadfastness and determination that characterize the loyal sons of Egypt, stressing her pride in the students' participation in presenting these creative artistic segments.
