Word of the Prime Minister of the University of the Prime Minister's number (82) for the year 2015 that replaces the text of Article (74) of the Regulations of the Law universities issued by Presidential Decree No. (809) of the year 1975 the following text: Defines the Supreme Council of Universities after taking the opinion of the boards The number of students of various colleges of the sons of the Arab Republic of Egypt, who accept each college or institute in the next world than among those with a high school diploma or equivalent certificate. Taking into account the qualifying conditions for the acceptance of each college determines the Supreme Council of Universities number of students who accept non-sons of the Arab Republic of Egypt and issued by accepting the decision of the Minister of Higher Education and will be transferred and the transfer of registration by him.
