In line with the Faculty of Specific Education at Zagazig University's commitment to transparency and equal opportunity, and to providing students with the chance to review their results according to established regulations, and under the auspices of Professor Dr. Khaled El-Darandaly, President of the University, and Professor Dr. Helal Afifi, Vice President for Education and Student Affairs, the Faculty's Education and Student Affairs Sector announced the opening of the appeals process for the second semester (spring session) results of the 2025/2026 academic year, starting from Tuesday, July 7, 2026, until Tuesday, July 14, 2026.
The Faculty emphasized that the appeals process is conducted according to established procedures designed to ensure the speed and accuracy of processing requests, as follows:
• Access the designated website and pay the appeal fee electronically through Fawry service.
• Bring the original payment receipt and a copy of it.
• Print the student's results from the official Zagazig University website.
• Print the appeal form and accurately complete all required information. • Complete documents must be submitted to the office of the Vice Dean for Education and Student Affairs daily during the specified period, from 10:00 AM to 1:30 PM.
⭕ Professor Dr. Akmal Shawky, Dean of the Faculty of Specific Education, affirmed that the Faculty is committed to applying the highest standards of integrity and transparency in all academic procedures. He pointed out that opening the appeals process is part of the Faculty administration's commitment to ensuring that every student receives their full rights and has the opportunity to review results according to the established rules and regulations. This reflects the Faculty's confidence in the accuracy of the examination and control system, while simultaneously affirming its respect for the student's right to be reassured about their academic performance.
⭕ For his part, Professor Dr. Ehab Atef, Vice Dean for Education and Student Affairs, explained that the Faculty has prepared a clear and organized mechanism for receiving appeals, ensuring their swift review and completion within the specified deadlines. He urged students to adhere to the announced timeframe and to submit all required documents to ensure efficient and smooth processing of their applications, in accordance with the regulations in place at the University.
