⭕As part of the ongoing monitoring of the examination process, and under the auspices of Professor Dr. Khaled El-Darandaly, President of Zagazig University, and Professor Dr. Helal Afifi, Vice President for Education and Student Affairs, Professor Dr. Akmal Shawky, Dean of the Faculty of Specific Education at Zagazig University, accompanied by Professor Dr. Ehab Atef, Vice Dean for Education and Student Affairs, conducted an inspection tour of the first and fourth-year examinations on Sunday, June 7, 2026. The purpose of the tour was to ensure the smooth operation of the examination committees and to provide a suitable environment for students to take their exams in a calm and orderly manner.
⭕During the tour, the Dean inspected several examination halls, ensuring the availability of all necessary amenities and equipment. He emphasized the Faculty's commitment to strictly adhering to the regulations governing the examination process, guaranteeing equal opportunities for all students and providing a calm environment conducive to focus and optimal performance.
In his address, Professor Dr. Akmal Shawky, Dean of the Faculty, explained that the Faculty is committed to continuously monitoring the progress of the examinations since their commencement. He noted that the students' adherence to regulations and discipline within the examination halls reflects their awareness and commitment, as well as the efforts exerted by all those involved in the examination process within the Faculty. He emphasized the continuation of daily monitoring to ensure the smooth conduct of the examinations without any obstacles.
Professor Dr. Ehab Atef, Vice Dean for Education and Student Affairs, also confirmed that the Faculty's operations room is working around the clock to monitor the progress of the examinations and to address any observations or developments immediately. He indicated that the Faculty has not received any significant complaints and that the overall atmosphere is organized, reflecting the Faculty's readiness and complete preparedness.
The tour concluded with an emphasis on the continuation of daily field monitoring throughout the examination period, with a strong emphasis on full compliance with the regulations. This ensures that the examination process is conducted in a manner befitting the Faculty's standing and academic leadership within Zagazig University, and achieves the highest standards of discipline and quality.
