On the occasion of Eid al-Adha, Professor Dr. Akmal Shawky, Dean of the Faculty of Specific Education at Zagazig University, extends his warmest congratulations and best wishes, on his own behalf and on behalf of the Vice Deans, Heads of Academic Departments, faculty members, teaching assistants, staff, and students, to the great Egyptian people, army, and government, and to the Arab and Islamic nations, praying to God Almighty that this blessed occasion returns with goodness, prosperity, and blessings.
He also extends his sincere congratulations to Professor Dr. Khaled El-Darandaly, President of Zagazig University; Professor Dr. Ehab El-Beblawy, Vice President for Graduate Studies and Research; Professor Dr. Helal Afifi, Vice President for Education and Student Affairs; and Professor Dr. Hanan El-Nahhas, Vice President for Community Service and Environmental Development, in appreciation of their sincere and continuous efforts in supporting the development and advancement of the educational and research system, and in strengthening the role of universities in serving society and building human capital.
Professor Dr. Akmal Shawky affirmed that Eid al-Adha is a great religious occasion that embodies the highest meanings of sacrifice, devotion, solidarity, and compassion, reflecting the noble and authentic values of Egyptian society and contributing to strengthening the spirit of love, belonging, and unity among the nation's citizens. He added that the Faculty of Specific Education, through its academic mission and community role, is keen to instill these values in its students, thus supporting the preparation of qualified individuals capable of effectively contributing to achieving the goals of comprehensive development and building a brighter future for the nation.
He also emphasized the faculty's support for the political leadership and its full awareness of all the challenges and circumstances surrounding the Egyptian state on various levels. He stressed that the faculty, with its academic and media personnel, represents an active partner in community awareness efforts, promoting a culture of work and production and rationalizing consumption through various awareness activities and events that support the state's efforts towards achieving sustainable development and enhancing the efficiency of resource utilization. ⭕The Dean of the College concluded his statement by praying that God protect Egypt, its leadership, people and army, and that He perpetuate the blessing of security and stability upon it, and that He bring back this blessed occasion to the nation with more progress and prosperity, stressing that such blessed occasions are a renewed incentive to continue working and giving for the sake of the nation’s advancement and strengthening its position.
