In an effort to ensure the timely disbursement of financial entitlements, the Dean of the Faculty of Specific Education at Zagazig University held a coordination meeting with the financial departments.
⭕As part of the Faculty of Specific Education at Zagazig University's commitment to enhancing administrative efficiency and ensuring the smooth operation of financial procedures, and under the auspices of Professor Dr. Khaled El-Darandaly, President of the University, Professor Dr. Akmal Shawky, Dean of the Faculty, held an extensive coordination meeting on Tuesday, March 17, 2026, with the administrative staff responsible for the faculty's financial units.
⭕The meeting included officials from the Financial Entitlements Unit, the Accounting Unit, and the Financial Controller, to discuss work mechanisms within these units, identify weaknesses in administrative performance, and address them by strengthening coordination and integration among the relevant parties. This aims to expedite work processes and improve the level of financial services provided to faculty employees.
During the meeting, the procedures for disbursing employee salaries were reviewed, and several proposals were discussed to streamline administrative and financial processes and improve the work system to ensure efficient and accurate financial transactions, while adhering to the university's financial regulations and rules.
In this context, Professor Akmal Shawky, Dean of the Faculty of Specific Education, emphasized that the faculty administration prioritizes developing administrative performance across its various units, particularly those responsible for financial affairs, given their pivotal role in ensuring the timely disbursement of salaries to all faculty members.
He noted that enhancing coordination and integration among the different financial departments contributes to increased efficiency and faster procedures, guaranteeing timely salary payments and job security for employees. He affirmed the faculty's commitment to fostering an efficient, transparent, and committed administrative work environment. ⭕At the conclusion of the meeting, the importance of continued communication and coordination between the various financial and administrative units within the college was emphasized, and working in a spirit of teamwork in order to develop the administrative work system, in order to ensure the highest levels of efficiency and achievement, and to enhance the college’s ability to perform its academic and administrative role optimally.
