The Faculty of Specific Education at Zagazig University activates an institutional system for interview requests… to enhance transparency and consolidate a culture of communication.

In its ongoing efforts to develop institutional communication mechanisms and solidify the principles of transparency and administrative discipline, under the auspices of Professor Dr. Khaled El-Darandaly, President of Zagazig University, and Professor Dr. Helal Afifi, Vice President for Education and Student Affairs, the Faculty of Specific Education at Zagazig University announced the adoption of standardized official forms for requesting meetings with academic leaders in the Education and Student Affairs sector. This ensures organized procedures and the highest levels of efficiency in responding to students' needs.

The approved forms include:

• Request to meet with the Vice Dean for Education and Student Affairs.

• Request to meet with the Program Coordinator.

• Request to meet with the Head of the Academic Department.

This step aims to provide clear and direct channels for students to present their academic or administrative problems or development proposals through organized procedures that include specifying the department or program, academic level, contact information, and the subject of the request. This facilitates case review and appropriate decision-making within a defined timeframe. Professor Dr. Akmal Shawky, Dean of the Faculty, affirmed that standardizing these forms reflects an institutional approach to governing administrative work and ensuring equal opportunities in submitting applications. It also fosters a culture of mutual respect between students and the educational institution through official channels that guarantee seriousness and transparency.

This initiative comes within the framework of a comprehensive plan to develop the student support system. The Faculty is committed to providing an academic environment based on responsible dialogue, active listening, and prompt response, contributing to the stability of the academic process and enhancing student satisfaction.

The Faculty of Specific Education emphasizes that sound administrative organization is not an end in itself, but rather a means to ensure quality performance, solidify mutual trust, and build a university model governed by institutional principles that prioritizes the student's best interests.
