Under the auspices of His Excellency Prof. Dr. Khaled El-Darandaly, President of Zagazig University, His Excellency Prof. Dr. Ehab El-Beblawy, Vice President for Graduate Studies and Research, and His Excellency Prof. Dr. Helal Afifi, Vice President for Education and Student Affairs, and within the framework of the Faculty of Specific Education at Zagazig University's commitment to ensuring the highest levels of discipline and quality in examination committees, Professor Dr. Akmal Shawky, Dean of the Faculty of Specific Education, continued his field monitoring of the first semester examinations for the academic year 2025-2026 on Saturday, January 17, 2025. He conducted an inspection tour that included the third-level examination committees – evening session – to ensure the smooth running of the examination process and to provide a suitable environment that guarantees students can take their exams in a calm and organized atmosphere.
During the monitoring, His Excellency ensured that students were adhering to the examination regulations and implementing the faculty's instructions regarding academic and procedural controls. He also verified the readiness of the examination committees and their equipment with all the necessary resources to ensure the smooth and accurate conduct of the examinations. In this context, Professor Dr. Akmal Shawky, Dean of the Faculty, affirmed that the Faculty of Specific Education places great importance on the examination process through continuous monitoring and effective on-site presence, ensuring equal opportunities for all students. He emphasized that the Faculty operates according to a clear system that guarantees adherence to academic quality standards and provides a supportive and stimulating learning environment. He noted that the smooth conduct of examinations reflects the students' awareness and discipline and embodies the collaborative efforts of faculty members and staff in serving the educational process.
At the conclusion of the tour, the Faculty administration expressed its appreciation for the spirit of cooperation and discipline demonstrated by the examination committees.
