◼️ The Faculty of Specific Education at Zagazig University has activated an electronic complaints and suggestions barcode system via mobile phones for students, faculty members, teaching assistants, graduates, postgraduate students, and staff.

In line with the Faculty of Specific Education at Zagazig University's commitment to ensuring the smooth operation of the faculty, promoting transparency and responsiveness, and providing high-quality educational and administrative services, and under the auspices of His Excellency Prof. Dr. Khaled El-Darandaly, President of Zagazig University, His Excellency Prof. Dr. Ehab El-Biblawy, Vice President for Graduate Studies and Research, His Excellency Prof. Dr. Helal Afifi, Vice President for Education and Student Affairs, and Her Excellency Prof. Dr. Hanan El-Nahhas, Vice President for Community Service and Environmental Development, the faculty administration has announced the activation of an electronic complaints and suggestions barcode via mobile phones for students, faculty members, teaching assistants, graduates, postgraduate students, and staff. This initiative supports the faculty's academic and community outreach and strengthens mutual trust among all stakeholders in the educational process. This service is supervised by Dr. Emad Mohamed Salem, ensuring that suggestions and complaints are received and reviewed in an organized and effective manner.

⭕In this context, Professor Dr. Akmal Shawky, Dean of the Faculty of Specific Education, emphasized that activating this service stems from the college administration's belief that effective communication is a cornerstone of institutional development. He noted that the college always strives to listen to the opinions and suggestions of its students and to deal transparently and responsibly with various issues, thus creating a supportive and stimulating learning environment.
