A structured registration schedule was also adopted, including early registration, a drop/add period, a late registration period, and finally, the closure of registration.
⭕In this context, the formation of a specialized team was approved to provide immediate intervention and resolve student issues during the registration period, underscoring the college's commitment to providing direct and prompt support to students.
⭕The meeting also approved the preparation of a detailed guide explaining the steps for online course registration, particularly for new students. This guide aims to raise awareness of the procedures and minimize technical problems.
