The Faculty of Specific Education at Zagazig University issues important guidelines for students regarding the use of bubble sheets and identity verification during exams.


⭕As part of the Faculty of Specific Education at Zagazig University's commitment to ensuring the accurate and transparent conduct of examinations, and under the auspices of His Excellency Professor Dr. Khaled El-Darandaly, President of Zagazig University, and with the guidance of His Excellency Professor Dr. Helal Afifi, Vice President for Education and Student Affairs, the Faculty released an introductory video explaining to students how to correctly fill in the bubble sheet to ensure their answers are recorded accurately and correctly.

⭕The Faculty emphasized the importance of students bringing their identification, either their national ID card or student ID, noting that no one will be allowed to enter the examination halls without verifying their identity, in order to ensure the examination process is conducted according to the highest standards of integrity and fairness.

⭕In this regard, Professor Dr. Akmal Shawky, Dean of the Faculty, explained that providing these guidelines aims to enable students to take their exams confidently and without technical errors, stressing that the Faculty is working to provide all necessary support to ensure a smooth and effective examination experience.

⭕For his part, Professor Dr. Ehab Atef, the college's Vice Dean for Education and Student Affairs, emphasized the importance of adhering to regulations and complying with announced instructions, affirming that the college is making continuous efforts to maintain order and fairness within examination halls.
