◼️ The Faculty of Specific Education at Zagazig University announces the schedules for theoretical exams and the regulations for performing the first semester exams, Fall session, for the academic year 2025-2026.


⭕In line with the Faculty of Specific Education at Zagazig University's commitment to ensuring the smooth conduct of examinations and providing a safe and disciplined learning environment, and under the auspices of His Excellency Professor Dr. Khaled El-Darandaly, President of Zagazig University, and the guidance of His Excellency Professor Dr. Helal Afifi, Vice President for Education and Student Affairs, the Faculty has announced the publication of the theoretical examination schedules for undergraduate students (credit-hour system) for the first semester (fall session) of the 2025-2026 academic year. This follows their official approval in accordance with established regulations, ensuring a balanced timeframe for courses and avoiding any scheduling conflicts.

⭕The Faculty emphasized that publishing the schedules is part of a comprehensive organizational plan aimed at enabling students to adequately prepare for their exams and ensuring clarity regarding exam dates and locations, thus contributing to the smooth and disciplined conduct of the examination process. In the same context, the college announced the regulations and instructions for the first semester (fall session) exams, which aim to organize the conduct of exams within the examination halls, ensure equal opportunities for all students, and provide a safe and controlled examination environment. The instructions emphasized adherence to the specified attendance times, prohibiting the bringing of any unauthorized materials or tools into the examination halls, and strict compliance with the instructions of invigilators and heads of committees to maintain the smooth and orderly conduct of the examination process.

In this regard, Professor Dr. Akmal Shawky, Dean of the Faculty of Specific Education, stated that the announcement of the schedules and regulations confirms the college administration's commitment to advance planning and meticulous organization of all stages of the examination process. He pointed out that the college operates within an integrated institutional system that prioritizes the student's best interests, while fully adhering to university regulations and examination rules.

⭕For his part, Professor Dr. Ehab Atef, Vice Dean for Education and Student Affairs, explained that the preparation and approval of the written exam schedules were based on objective criteria that ensure a fair distribution of the academic workload among students. He emphasized that the announced instructions aim to maintain order within the exam halls and guarantee that the exams proceed in an atmosphere of calm, transparency, and fairness.

⭕The college concluded its statement by affirming that the college administration, in cooperation with the academic departments and relevant administrative units, is continuing its efforts to ensure the smooth conduct of the exams and maintain complete order within the exam halls.
