⭕As part of the ongoing field monitoring of the examination process, and under the auspices of His Excellency Prof. Dr. Khaled El-Darandaly, President of Zagazig University, His Excellency Prof. Dr. Ehab El-Beblawy, Vice President for Graduate Studies and Research, and His Excellency Prof. Dr. Helal Afifi, Vice President for Education and Student Affairs, His Excellency Prof. Dr. Akmal Shawky, Dean of the Faculty of Specific Education, accompanied by His Excellency Prof. Dr. Ehab Atef, Vice Dean for Education and Student Affairs, conducted an extensive inspection tour today, Monday, December 25, 2025, to monitor the smooth conduct of examinations in several academic departments, including the Department of Educational Media, the Department of Art Education, and the Department of Home Economics.
⭕The tour aimed to assess adherence to the regulations governing the examination process and to ensure a suitable environment for students within the examination halls, guaranteeing that examinations are conducted in a calm and disciplined atmosphere and upholding the principle of equal opportunity. It also aimed to monitor the availability of necessary facilities and support for students during the examination period.
⭕During the inspection of the examination committees, the Dean and the Vice Dean ensured the smooth entry of students, the proper conduct of exams according to the published schedules, and full adherence to the regulations governing the examination process. They emphasized the need for swift action to address any unforeseen issues or obstacles, guaranteeing the smooth and uninterrupted conduct of the exams.
⭕The Dean affirmed the College administration's commitment to meticulous and continuous monitoring of all stages of the examinations. He noted that the College operates within an integrated system aimed at achieving the highest levels of discipline and quality, reflecting the distinguished institutional image of the Faculty of Specific Education and Zagazig University.
⭕The Dean also made a point of listening to students' opinions and feedback regarding the nature of the exams. He emphasized that the College administration prioritizes the students' best interests and strives to provide a safe and well-organized examination environment that ensures equal opportunities for all.
⭕For his part, Professor Ehab Atef, the college's Vice Dean for Education and Student Affairs, stated that the college is committed to providing a safe and organized examination environment for students. He emphasized that the Education and Student Affairs Department works in full coordination with the academic departments and relevant administrations to ensure the smooth operation of the examination committees, adherence to approved procedures, and immediate response to any feedback received from students or examination administrators.
He added that continuous on-site monitoring is one of the most important mechanisms for ensuring the quality of the examination process and contributes to achieving discipline and fairness within the committees, thus enhancing students' confidence in the assessment and examination system.
At the conclusion of the tour, Dean Dr. Akmal Shawky and Vice Dean Dr. Ehab Atef expressed their gratitude and appreciation to the department heads, faculty members, and staff involved in the examinations, commending their dedicated efforts in ensuring the success of the examination process. They affirmed the continuation of daily monitoring until the end of the examinations to guarantee the stability of the committees and the smooth operation of the examination process.
